For July 31, 2026

In the Name of Kilubansa, Diwata of Healing,
May the breath of life fill this place.
May every leaf, root, flower, and seed remind us that healing is woven into creation.
May wisdom guide our hands, compassion guide our hearts, and peace dwell within us.
Today, place a healing herb before you if one is available. It may be chamomile, peppermint, ginger, lavender, holy basil, rosemary, or another herb that brings you comfort. If no herb is available, simply hold the image of a green and growing plant in your mind.
Take three slow breaths and pray:
“Kilubansa, gentle teacher of healing, bless the gifts of the earth. May these herbs become signs of hope, reminders of renewal, and companions on the path toward wholeness. Teach me to care for my body with gratitude, my mind with gentleness, and my spirit with compassion.”
Hold the herb or place your hand over it and say:
“As this plant has grown in light and rain, may I also grow through joy and hardship. May healing take root where there is pain, peace where there is anxiety, strength where there is weakness, and love where there is fear.”
Spend a few quiet moments in silence, breathing deeply and receiving the stillness.
Closing Blessing
Kilubansa, walk beside me throughout this day.
Bless all who seek healing.
Bless those who prepare medicines, tend gardens, care for the sick, and comfort the suffering.
May I become a living instrument of healing wherever I go.
So may healing flourish. So may compassion bloom. So may it be.
