    Opening Centering

Take a slow, gentle breath. Feel your feet upon the earth and allow your body to relax. Become aware of the Creator’s life-giving presence flowing through all of creation.

    Opening Prayer

Creator of Life, Source of all healing, I come before You with an open heart. Bless this day with peace, wisdom, and renewal. May the sacred gifts of the earth, the plants, the waters, and the breath of life bring healing to my body, clarity to my mind, and strength to my spirit. Teach me to walk gently upon the earth and to be an instrument of compassion wherever I go.

    Blessing of the Herbs

If you have herbs, tea, or even a simple cup of water, hold it with gratitude and pray:

May the Creator bless this gift of the earth. May its healing power nourish my body, refresh my spirit, and remind me that all creation is filled with sacred wisdom. May I receive this blessing with gratitude and share healing with all whom I meet.

    Reflection

Healing often comes quietly, like a seed growing beneath the soil. Though we may not always see it, the Creator is always at work. Today I choose patience, hope, and trust, knowing that every small act of self-care and every act of kindness becomes part of the healing of the world.

    Daily Practice

    Today I will:

    • Care for my body with gratitude.
    • Spend a few moments in the beauty of creation.
    • Offer kindness to myself and to another person.
    • Receive each moment as a gift of healing.

    Closing Blessing

May the Creator bless my hands with compassion, my heart with peace, my mind with wisdom, and my spirit with hope. May I walk in balance, live in gratitude, and bring healing wherever my path may lead.

    Amen.

    For July 31, 2026

In the Name of Kilubansa, Diwata of Healing,
May the breath of life fill this place.
May every leaf, root, flower, and seed remind us that healing is woven into creation.
May wisdom guide our hands, compassion guide our hearts, and peace dwell within us.

Today, place a healing herb before you if one is available. It may be chamomile, peppermint, ginger, lavender, holy basil, rosemary, or another herb that brings you comfort. If no herb is available, simply hold the image of a green and growing plant in your mind.

Take three slow breaths and pray:

“Kilubansa, gentle teacher of healing, bless the gifts of the earth. May these herbs become signs of hope, reminders of renewal, and companions on the path toward wholeness. Teach me to care for my body with gratitude, my mind with gentleness, and my spirit with compassion.”

Hold the herb or place your hand over it and say:

“As this plant has grown in light and rain, may I also grow through joy and hardship. May healing take root where there is pain, peace where there is anxiety, strength where there is weakness, and love where there is fear.”

Spend a few quiet moments in silence, breathing deeply and receiving the stillness.

    Closing Blessing

Kilubansa, walk beside me throughout this day.
    Bless all who seek healing.
Bless those who prepare medicines, tend gardens, care for the sick, and comfort the suffering.
May I become a living instrument of healing wherever I go.

So may healing flourish. So may compassion bloom. So may it be.

    The Healing Breath of Kilubansa

As I begin this new day, I pause and become aware of my breath. With each inhale, I welcome life, hope, and healing. With each exhale, I release fear, bitterness, pain, and anything that no longer serves my spirit.

I turn my heart toward Kilubansa, the compassionate Diwata of healing.

    Kilubansa, gentle healer,
    Walk beside me today.
    Bring healing to my body,
    clarity to my mind,
    peace to my heart,
    and compassion to my spirit.

May your wisdom guide every step I take.
May your healing flow through my hands, my words, and my actions, so that I become a source of comfort for others.

I pray for those who are sick, lonely, grieving, or afraid. May they find strength, loving companions, skilled caregivers, and renewed hope. May all who suffer discover moments of peace today.

Today I choose kindness over anger, patience over haste, hope over despair, and love over fear. May every act of compassion become a small medicine for the world.

I give thanks for the gift of another day, for the breath within me, for the earth beneath my feet, and for the sacred mystery that surrounds all living beings.

Kilubansa, remain with me throughout this day.
    May I walk in healing.
    May I speak healing.
    May I share healing.

    So may it be.

    Preparing the Sacred Space

Take a comfortable seat or stand quietly. If you have a candle, light it as a symbol of hope. Place your hands gently over your heart and breathe slowly three times.

    Say:

Today I enter the healing presence of Kilubansa with an open heart. May healing flow through my body, my mind, my spirit, and into the lives of all beings.

    Invocation

Beloved Kilubansa, compassionate Diwata of healing, walk beside me this day.

Bring peace where there is worry. Bring strength where there is weakness. Bring hope where there is despair. Bring light where there is darkness.

May your healing wisdom guide my thoughts, your gentle presence calm my heart, and your compassion flow through my hands, that I may become an instrument of healing for others.

    Reflection

Healing is often quiet. Sometimes it comes as renewed strength. Sometimes it comes as patience to endure. Sometimes it comes through the kindness of another person.

Today I choose to notice every small sign of healing and give thanks for it.

    Healing Prayer

Kilubansa, bless all who are sick in body, weary in spirit, or burdened by sorrow.

Comfort those who grieve. Strengthen caregivers. Guide healers, physicians, counselors, and all who serve the suffering.

May every act of compassion become medicine for the world.

    Personal Intention

Spend a few quiet moments naming your own need for healing.

    Then pray:

I receive the healing that is meant for me today. I also offer myself as a source of comfort, encouragement, and peace for everyone I meet.

    Closing Blessing

May Kilubansa walk before me, beside me, and within me.

May healing begin with me, flow through me, and continue beyond me.

May I walk in compassion, live with gratitude, and share hope wherever my path leads.

    So may it be.
