Eternal Progression • A Fuller Life for Everyone • Live and Help Live

“See, I am making all things new.”Revelation 21:5

🌍 Interfaith Prayer for Peace

Begin Again With One Another

Sacred Mystery, known by many names and encountered beyond every name,

A new day arrives, and with it comes another opportunity to begin again.

We join our hearts with Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, Pagans, Baháʼís, followers of Indigenous traditions, humanists, seekers, doubters, agnostics, atheists, and everyone working for the flourishing of life.

Our histories contain wounds.

Nations remember wars.

Religions remember persecution.

Families remember betrayals.

Communities remember injustice.

We do not ask to forget.

We ask for the courage to remember without allowing yesterday’s wounds to dictate tomorrow’s possibilities.

Where war continues, strengthen peacemakers and protect those caught in violence.

Where refugees search for safety, awaken hospitality.

Where hunger steals possibility, turn abundance into sharing and justice.

Where prejudice divides neighbors, replace stereotypes with encounters.

Where religious traditions distrust one another, create friendships strong enough to survive disagreement.

Where injustice persists, give us courage to resist without surrendering to dehumanization.

Where Earth has been wounded by our choices, teach us to repair what we can and change the habits that continue causing harm.

Help us begin again.

Not by pretending nothing happened.

Not by silencing the wounded.

Not by offering cheap forgiveness without justice.

But through truth, accountability, restoration, compassion, and the stubborn belief that human beings can choose differently.

May enemies discover another possibility.
May strangers become neighbors.
May neighbors become friends.
May wounds become wisdom.
May memory become a teacher rather than a prison.

We cannot rewrite yesterday.

But together, we can help write tomorrow.

One Earth.
One human family.
Many paths.
A shared future.

Today, let us begin again.

Amen. So may it be. Salaam. Shalom. Blessed be.

Peace to all beings.

🌿 Daily Kilubansa Healing Ritual

The Ritual of Beginning Again

Place a bowl of clean water before you.

Beside it, place a seed, leaf, familiar herb, flower, or stone.

Take three gentle breaths.

With the first breath say:

I honor yesterday.

With the second:

I receive today.

With the third:

I welcome another beginning.

Invocation

Sacred Source of Healing,

Kilubansa, healing presence,

meet us at the place of beginning again.

Nature rarely travels in straight lines.

Morning follows night.

Leaves fall and return in another season.

Rain enters the Earth and rises again.

Seeds disappear beneath soil before new life becomes visible.

Teach us the wisdom of renewal.

May those whose bodies are weary receive care.

May those whose minds feel overwhelmed receive gentleness.

May those carrying grief be given all the time they need.

May those living with pain find comfort, support, and compassionate companionship.

May those beginning treatment, therapy, rehabilitation, or another season of care receive courage.

May caregivers remember that they too deserve care.

Bless physicians, nurses, therapists, healers, chaplains, families, friends, and communities whose faithful presence helps another person continue.

And remind us:

Beginning again does not mean beginning from nothing.

We carry experience.

We carry lessons.

We carry scars.

We carry wisdom.

Healing Action

Touch the water.

Say:

I receive this moment as a new beginning.

Touch your forehead.

I release the demand to have everything figured out.

Touch your heart.

I forgive myself for being unfinished.

Touch your hands.

I will use what strength I have today.

Hold your natural object.

If you are using a seed, imagine the life hidden inside it.

If you are using another object, imagine it representing the possibility of renewal.

Ask:

What would beginning again look like today?

Perhaps beginning again means asking for help.

Perhaps it means returning to a healthy practice.

Perhaps it means resting.

Perhaps apologizing.

Perhaps forgiving.

Perhaps setting a boundary.

Perhaps making an appointment.

Perhaps simply getting through today with gentleness.

There is no requirement that your beginning be dramatic.

Closing

Say:

Yesterday has taught me.
Today receives me.
Tomorrow remains open.

I am allowed to begin again.
I am allowed to receive help.
I am allowed to move slowly.
I am allowed to become.

I will live and help live.

So may it be.

This contemplative spiritual practice complements rather than replaces appropriate professional healthcare.

✝️ Order of Franciscan Clareans Reflection

Rebuild My Church

According to Franciscan tradition, Francis prayed before the crucifix at San Damiano and heard Christ tell him:

“Francis, go and repair my house.”

At first, Francis apparently took the instruction literally.

There was a broken chapel.

So he started repairing it.

Stone by stone.

Only later did the meaning become larger.

The Church itself needed rebuilding.

Eight centuries later, perhaps it still does.

But rebuilding the Church cannot simply mean preserving institutions exactly as we inherited them.

Sometimes rebuilding requires renovation.

Sometimes it requires removing things that should never have been built.

Dogmatism.

Clerical domination.

Exclusion.

Fear of questions.

Theological systems that protect institutions while people suffer.

Religion that demands conformity instead of nurturing conscience.

Christianity used as justification for nationalism, racism, colonialism, misogyny, queerphobia, environmental exploitation, or violence.

Those things do not need a fresh coat of paint.

They need dismantling.

Then we can build differently.

A church where questions are welcomed.

A church where scholarship is not feared.

A church where science and spirituality can converse.

A church where people of other religions are neighbors rather than conversion projects.

A church where LGBTQ+ people do not merely receive tolerance but genuine belonging.

A church where leadership means service rather than domination.

A church where the poor are not ministry projects but teachers, leaders, neighbors, and equals.

A church where creation is treated as sacred kin rather than disposable property.

A church where the table keeps getting longer.

This is rebuilding.

Not returning to some imaginary golden age.

Moving forward.

Francis rebuilt with stones.

Clare rebuilt through courageous community.

Jesus rebuilt through people.

And we rebuild every time we choose compassion over exclusion.

Our objective is Eternal Progression.

Our goal is A Fuller Life for Everyone.

Our slogan is Live and Help Live.

The Church does not need another fortress.

It needs more open doors.

Live simply.
Love boldly.
Question courageously.
Dismantle domination.
Build community.

Order of ChristoCorrellians Ritual

The Ritual of Sacred Renewal

Place a candle or electric candle at the center of your sacred space.

Beside it, place a bowl of clean water and something from nature—a stone, leaf, flower, plant, seed, or soil.

Take three gentle breaths.

Say:

Sacred Mystery,
God and Goddess,
Christ and Holy Wisdom,
Divine Feminine and Sacred Spirit,
meet me within the eternal dance of renewal.

East — New Understanding

Face or visualize the East.

Say:

Sacred Air, bring fresh understanding.

Clear away certainty that has become stagnant.

South — Transforming Fire

Turn toward the South.

Say:

Sacred Fire, transform what no longer serves life.

Give me courage to release without fear.

West — Renewing Waters

Turn toward the West.

Say:

Sacred Water, wash through the places within me that need renewal.

Teach me to flow rather than cling.

North — Living Earth

Turn toward the North.

Say:

Sacred Earth, remind me that endings become beginnings.

What falls may nourish what grows next.

Return to the Center

Look toward the candle.

Say:

Christ, teacher of resurrection, show me that endings need not have the final word.

Touch the Earth.

Divine Mother, teach me the wisdom of seasons, cycles, death, rest, renewal, and birth.

Touch the water.

Holy Spirit, breathe new possibilities into whatever has become stagnant.

Place both hands over your heart.

God and Goddess, Sacred Mystery, help me release what must end and nurture what seeks to begin.

Pause.

Imagine yourself standing at sunrise.

Behind you lies yesterday’s road.

Ahead lies a path you have never traveled.

Say:

I honor what has formed me without becoming imprisoned by it.

I carry wisdom forward.

I leave unnecessary burdens behind.

Now pray:

May Christianity continually rediscover the radical love of Jesus.

May Correllian and Pagan wisdom deepen my reverence for Earth and sacred cycles.

May other spiritual traditions expand my understanding.

May science correct what evidence reveals to be mistaken.

May experience keep spirituality grounded in actual life.

May compassion remain greater than dogma.

May questions remain sacred.

May tradition become a foundation rather than a prison.

Raise your hands slightly.

Yesterday has spoken.
Today has arrived.
Tomorrow remains unwritten.

The Sacred is still creating.

I am still becoming.

We are still becoming.

I will live and help live.

Amen and blessed be.

🌱 The Urban Pilgrim’s Practice

Repair One Small Thing

Francis had a broken chapel.

What is broken within your little corner of the world?

Don’t try to repair civilization before lunch.

Pick something manageable.

Mend a relationship if it is safe and appropriate.

Clean a neglected space.

Return something borrowed.

Apologize.

Make the telephone call you’ve been avoiding.

Replace something you broke.

Correct misinformation you passed along.

Help someone whose burden has become heavy.

Or repair your relationship with yourself by resting when you need rest.

One stone.

Then another.

That is how rebuilding works.

📖 Pilgrim’s Blessing

May the Sacred Mystery give you courage to begin again.

May Christ teach you the difference between preserving religion and rebuilding community.

May the Divine Feminine remind you that creation lives through sacred cycles of release and renewal.

May the Spirit breathe through whatever has become stagnant.

May Brother Sun remind you that dawn keeps returning.

May Sister Water teach you that new paths sometimes require changing course.

May Brother Wind carry away what no longer needs to remain.

May Mother Earth receive what has ended and nourish what comes next.

May you honor yesterday without living inside it.

May you receive today without demanding perfection from it.

May you approach tomorrow with curiosity.

Eternal Progression.

A Fuller Life for Everyone.

Live and Help Live.

Remember:

We Are One.

Repair what you can.

Release what you cannot carry.

Plant something new.

And tomorrow—

We Walk Again.

Amen. So may it be.
