In the ChristoCorrellian tradition, we honor both the God and the Goddess as complementary expressions of the Divine Mystery. We do not believe the Divine is limited to one image, one gender, or one way of being known. The Sacred is infinitely greater than human language can express.

The God reminds us of courage, wisdom, protection, sacrifice, and the light of Christ that calls us to compassion and justice. The Goddess reminds us of love, intuition, creativity, healing, and the nurturing presence that gives life to all creation. Together they reflect the balance woven into the universe.

As Christians, we also see Jesus as the fullest revelation of God’s love. Yet we remember that Scripture itself speaks of God with both masculine and feminine imagery. God is a shepherd and a mother, a king and a woman searching for a lost coin, a father welcoming home a child and a mother who cannot forget the child she has borne. The Divine cannot be confined to a single image.

Today, let us seek balance within ourselves. May we embody strength without domination, gentleness without weakness, wisdom with humility, and love without limits. As we honor the God and the Goddess, may we recognize the Divine spark within every person and every living thing.

Affirmation

The Divine is larger than my understanding. I open my heart to the God and the Goddess, and I walk today in balance, compassion, and sacred love.
